In the first quarter of 2024, the UK's personal finance app market has seen varying trends in downloads and weekly active users among the top apps. Sensor Tower's data provides a clear picture of how these apps have fared.

Budget Planner l Snoop Money experienced a fluctuating quarter, with downloads peaking at 27K in early January and ending the quarter at nearly 7K. Weekly active users followed a similar pattern, starting at 127K and finishing at over 100K.

Splitwise showed a steady performance in downloads, maintaining a range between 8K and 12K throughout the quarter. Active users saw a slight decline from 50K to approximately 45K.

For Emma - Budget Planner Tracker, downloads started at 17K and saw a decrease to just under 8K by the end of March. The app's weekly active users saw a dip mid-quarter but rebounded to 143K from a high of 160K.

RoosterMoney: Kids Chores App had downloads ranging from 9K to 6K, with a noticeable dip towards the end of the quarter. However, active users increased, ending the quarter at a high of 168K from a starting point of 156K.

HyperJar, despite not generating revenue, saw downloads peak dramatically in late January at 14K, but generally fluctuated between 2K and 11K. The trend for weekly active users was not available.
